How do I place an Order
All orders can be placed by calling a customer representative at 800-876-4363, faxing your order to 570-489-5619 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org

How can I pay for my orders?
We accept American Express (AMEX), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Certified Check, Money Orders, and Wire Transfer. Company checks and Net Terms can be accepted with a credit application.
If I have a backorder when or how will it be shipped?
For direct orders: If an item is out of stock the item will be considered canceled and will need to be re-ordered.
For drop ship orders: If an item is out of stock, our drop ship department will automatically email you and will await your reply on how to proceed with the order.
How do you ship the products to me or to my customer?
We use Federal Express, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
Is the $3.50 drop ship fee a per order charge or per shipment charge?
The $3.50 drop ship fee is on a per order basis.
If you drop ship products to my customer where do they return items if there is a damage or change in size?
On a drop ship basis all returns can be returned to our warehouse for processing or back to you.
